First of all thanks to amazon & kent. You guys are superb in service. Installation done on time and guy was very helpful. Product looks very fine as of now. And surely I will write detailed review after use. It’s good for small family

Purchase product, delivery don on time, but technician came n told this will not work with our water prassour, so he insist purchase motor of Rs 2400, this information was not given in description, it must mentionen by company that purchase motor also with this machine, wasted my time and energy

  3. Rupali

The product stops working every week.
I have so far requested for servicing twice within first 45 days of installation.
It is really frustrating that I am being told that since water supply also pushes in air, the filter gets blocked. Which tap in India won’t have air in it when the supply from overhead tanks of society buildings are stopped and started as per predefined timings. Nevertheless I agreed to follow the instructions of service personnel. Would keep the filter off all the time. Switch it on and open the water supply only when supply is stable and no air is coming in. Despite following this my issue recurs.

It is not agreeable that air is causing the issues as any tap line will have air bubbles in it.

Product does it job of filtering water. But the filters get jammed every two months. Not that the water is bad. Prior to this, my Aqua Guard water purifier needed service once a year, in the same flat. The problem starts when the Technician comes. As soon as he opens the purifier, he says filters need to be changed and the cost is Rs.1900. This is 25% of the cost of Water Purifier. If you ask customer care, they say filter costs only Rs.500. If you complain, nobody cares. This is a loot by the Technicians of Kent. Kent have no control over the Technicians, who are outsourced guys, dont give bill and therefore have a licence to loot the customers. I didn’t expect this from a Tata Group company. If you complain, customer care will blame your source water. My source water cannot become bad for Kent only, if it was OK for Aqua Guard. I changed my Aqua Guard purifier after using it for 11 years thinking that new age purifiers will be better. But my decision was wrong. Don’t buy this product unless you are ready to be fleeced by the rogue Kent Technicians. If you change filters 3 times a year, you will end up paying the cost of purifier every year. Is it worth it ?

It seems that the product delivered through Amazon is pretty compromised in terms of quality….
Ever Since its purchase there have been more than 5 complaints regarding the same…. Either it is the electronic parts…. sensors…. or false alarm… The product should be removed from your list…as the same is really bad.

1)This is a UV purifier and in a lot of cases, this will suffice. There’s no need to go for an exorbitantly priced RO purifier despite Kent trying to market those aggressively.

2)At our house, it draws water from the municipal water supply which is intermittent. This is leading to air getting trapped in the device which then stops working. Make sure it draws water from a tap that has a continuous water supply with sufficient pressure, say, from an overhead tank. This wasn’t told to us beforehand.

I was searching for water purifier
All shops are providing ro+uv+uf+TDS+#[email protected]_-#_&@.
If you stay in Mumbai…..don’t waste your money ……..buy this type of purifier
Bcoz our BMC is already providing RO water
If you want to show your purifier to others and you want good and cool looks…..than no problem….it’s your money…. you can buy anything else

I ordered this product last november. It works fine during the first year that means warranty period. After warranty completed it stops working. I contacted customer service, service man reached the same day. After the inspection he said all the equipments needed to be replaced (power supply, filters, and all other items excluding UV filer lamp). That means total amount of 3800. That means palstic case costs more than 2000. 7000rs product need to be serviced for more than half the price after a year. I give 2 stars becouse this product is simple and easy to use. Think well before buy. I prefer go for other brands or products.
    Thanks.
