    Horrible product and much more horrible service from both Amazon and Kent.
    Bought this system on 11 th and had to call them every day for installation ,finally a technician arrives on 14th and says the system / purifier is faulty , now Amazon doesn’t replace asking for a report from Kent, Kent customer care keeps me on hold for almost 30min in 45min call just to say they will call me back . So I have to wait and run behind the company as theirs no support from Amazon and Kent just plays around not fixing the issue. Now I don’t know if I am going to get my money back too and I have to spend more time n money buying a other one .
    I urge everybody not buy any Kent products as u may also have to go through this

    This is a good product from KENT. Definitely this is not the best product in the market. Here I have listed what I have liked and not liked about the Product, Kent, Installation and Amazon.

    Did not Like:
    -Got a defective product. Tap was broken.
    -Product Built plastic quality feel cheap
    -Service engineer took 2 days to appear to install the product.
    -LED display. It glows only when machine is running. It glows for few minutes from it is powered on.
    -It does not have option for adding copper.

    Liked:
    -Less price compare to other brands with same feature.
    -Good product with Auto Flushing, in tank UV, manual TDS feature
    -Servicing charges free for 4 years.
    -No Cost EMI option from Amazon
    -Kent Customer Care is prompt in answering. Though takes time to resolve the problem.
    -Easy installation
    -free installation
    -Installation kits comes within

    Suggestion:
    Kent should provide pre filter, I had to buy it from the service vendor Rs 1300.

    After, Amazon delivery I requested installation in Kent app.
    With in two days the technician came and installed from ‘SRI RAM AGENCY’ and after that we found that he Stolen our High Quality Screws and T-valve given by Kent and replaced with low quality china nuts and used T-valve!
    the product was working great but, the ‘LCD on’ button was not working and Displaces low minerals.
    Now Amazon accepted for replacement and another piece was shipped But now the ‘SRI RAM AGENCY’ is not responding and the product is not dismantled. Now I’m going to complaint about SRI RAM AGENCY in Vijayawada in Kent Website!
    Thank you Kent for Creating Such A Worst Scenario In This Carona Lockdown Time!

    I was afraid at first to give an order due to the reviews written but later somehow I ordered and received the product and ordered pre filter (sediment) it was completely in good condition with “no damage” thanks to Amazon and the agent who delivered it . And now coming to the product as soon it was delivered I received a call from Kent that they will come for installation and I told them the address the next day without 24 hours of completion they installed and told us how to operate.. and they said it is latest model . water taste was good as I checked it in TDS meter which I bought separately like sediment filter . Storage capacity is 9 liters good enough for a family with 6 to 8 members and they installed it in 20 to 30 minutes the display is good it is not touch screen so no fear that the screen will be damaged and shows all the options from TDS, water level ,RO flow,uv tank ,auto flush indicator and few more, the reviews show display damage after few years . It doesn’t ,but it gets damaged it is due to the fluctuations in current for which if you use a stabilizer the machine will be in good condition and maintenance in per year is ₹1200 -₹1400 which is compulsory for every latest water filter model ..so my conclusion is go for it if you are interested in latest design and don’t forget to use stabilizer to avoid damage to display ….

    Before Tds 873, After purifying 80. The product goes by its name ” Superb”. Quick Installation after putting a request on the Kent App.

    Please don’t buy kent Ro. I received faulty product again after replacement.. Machines displays the u v failure on its screen. And kent technician told that it took 1 month for part replacement…Now I am crying…
    I am maintaining one star ..And my ro machine is repaired after 2 days of delivery.

    Unsatisfied with the Product Assemble Team.
    As discussed with service technician below parts found damaged, we thought to return the item but due to the urgency we have requested technicians to replace the damaged parts.

    1) F40 Connection two sides damaged.
    2) RO Connection pipe damaged.
    3) Carbon Connection pipe damaged.
    4) In & Out let water connection broken.

    Amazon was excellent in their delivery as usual. Five star for that. And Kent was also super fast in getting the product installed the very next day (11th Feb’20). We thought it was an amazing experience, hardly did we knew that the problem was just about to start. Same evening as that of the installation day, water started dripping from the side of the drinking water tap and the machine started making lot of sound. We immediately filed for a service request with Kent RO (11th Feb’20). No on turned up on 12th, after repeated call one person turned up on 13th Feb evening. He fixed the tap and asked for the OTP, we refused to give the OTP as we weren’t sure if the problem was genuinely resolved, so we informed him that we will watch for 24hr and if no more water drips then we will call you and give the OTP. The engineer wasn’t happy but he left. As anticipated water started dripping by night, so we had to stop the machine again. After that it’s 15th Feb today and I have been following up Kent RO service people, they commited someone will call in next 30 mins will arrange for the service engineer to show up today, but all in vain. Pathetic service by Kent RO folks and the merchant also sold a bad product. Completely unhappy with this experience ☹️
